We are grateful to have found Rural Focus, and they will continue to be our first call in the future! We needed a lot of work done on our property, including earthwork, tree removal, defensible space & forestry, and forestry cleanup. Todd was transparent, communicative, honest, reliable, and prompt. He also provided the highest quality work! Together, we developed and implemented a strategic plan that allowed us to not only feel safe during fire season, but also host our wedding on our now beautiful property on a very tight timeline with challenging weather conditions! We have worked with other companies that had quoted low to get the job, but that work ended up only being a part of what was needed with the ultimate price being much higher than our budget could handle. Todd provided education and estimates for all aspects of the project up front.

I wanted to reach out and thank you for the work you did on our property this spring. On Thursday August 26th the Caldor Fire jumped a containment line and came straight at our house. In speaking to the El Dorado Hotshots as the fire burned close, they would not have stayed had there still been a manzanita field and log pile been present. They also said that the space you created allowed them to protect not only my house but the entire neighborhood.

I happened to be working that night so I was able to get some photos of the fire which I have attached. My family and I are forever grateful for the service you provided and the quality of your work. Thank you!
